Hard Chrome Rod

We import our own hard chrome rods and hydraulic barrel (skived and roller burnished tubes) from reputable manufacturer of raw material. We stock a wide range of hard chrome rod and hydraulic barrel (skived and roller burnished tube) for our own production usage and also for distribution to various engineering companies.

The various types of rods/bars we have in stocks are standard hard chrome rods (C45) and induction hardened chromed rods (C45). Other types of rods such as nickel chrome rod and stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316 chrome rods are also available on request.

Nickel and Hard Chrome Rod

The nickel and chrome plating technology is the solution to extreme environments with intense corrosion:

The nickel layer is completely free of cracks, pores and by this, the base material is isolated from the atmospheric corrosion, while the chrome layer ensures a very good wear resistance.

Hydraulic Barrel / Skived and Roller Burnished Tube

The hydraulic barrel we have in stock is seamless cold drawn tubes (E355), being skived and roller burnished to achieve the required tolerance and surface roughness. Internal diameter tolerance of the tube are up to H8 while the surface roughness is Ra ≤ 0.22 µm
